1. Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Items purchased during final sale or clearance events are not eligible for return.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, log in to your account, navigate to Order History, and select the order containing the item you wish to return. Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid return label. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and attach the label. Drop off the package at any authorized courier location.

3. Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Once processed, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Bank processing times may vary, typically taking an additional 3-5 business days to reflect in your account.

4. Exchange Policy

If you need a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item while returning the original for a refund. This ensures you receive the replacement item as soon as possible. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange for an immediate replacement or full refund, including complimentary return shipping.

6. Return Shipping Costs

For returns due to change of mind or size, a nominal return shipping fee of ₹199 is deducted from your refund. However, returns due to damaged or defective items, or our error in fulfilling the order, ship completely free of charge.
